Track your order

Please enter your order ID or waybill reference number in the order tracking page and click on Track order. This should let you know the latest status of your order. Our tracking system provides real-time updates on your shipment's location and delivery status.

Please contact your merchant with whom the order was placed for further clarification. Our customer support team is also available to assist you with any questions regarding returned or cancelled shipments.

AWB or order ID can be found in the merchant communication that is shared with you. Do check with the merchant and get confirmation on the same to track your order on this page. You can also find this information in your order confirmation email or in your Shiprazor account dashboard.
